Merger update: No combination for travel or retail groups

The National Business Travel Association’s board of directors unanimously approved a merger proposal even though the same measure failed to pass the board at Association of Corporate Travel Executives a week earlier.NBTA’s vote changes nothing for ACTE, said Jack Riepe, spokesperson for ACTE. “There is nothing on the table.
